Responsibilities: - Integrate Sustainability Practices: Seamlessly incorporate sustainability practices into operational processes to boost efficiency. - Drive Sustainable Solutions: Lead initiatives to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource utilization. - Develop and Implement Sustainable Practices: Formulate and execute strategies for sustainable operations. - Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance both operational and environmental performance. through innovative practices. - Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to environmental regulations and standards. - Conduct Performance Assessments: Evaluate the efficiency and environmental impact of operational processes. - Develop Sustainable Strategies: Create and implement strategies to integrate sustainability into operations. - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze KPIs related to both operational efficiency and environmental performance. - Implement Best Practices: Apply industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. - Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to address operational and environmental challenges. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of inefficiencies and environmental issues and develop corrective actions. - Optimize Resource Utilization: Ensure optimal use of resources, including energy, water, and materials. - Prepare Reports: Document findings and present recommendations to management. - Ensure Compliance: Ensure operations comply with relevant environmental regulations and standards. - Continuous Improvement: Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to drive continuous improvement in both operational and environmental performance

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Lean Six Sigma certification or PDCA certification is preferable
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Good English and Thai communication skills
Good Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001
