รายละเอียดงาน
1. Prepare and present accounting reports for management use.
2. **Ensure compliance** by preparing financial statements for statutory purposes.
3. **Oversee accounting services**, ensuring timely completion with high-quality standards while fostering a sustainable accounting unit through succession planning.
4. **Motivate, develop, and train** accountants within the team to enhance their professional growth.
5. **Optimize efficiency** in accounting services, ensuring operations remain within budget. In case of budget overruns, identify causes and implement corrective actions.
6. **Lead the Accounting Section**, managing a team of five accountants while providing financial guidance to other employees to enhance internal controls, tax compliance, financial analysis, and adherence to business regulations.
7. **Act as Financial Controller (if required)**, offering the Board of Directors insightful financial analysis, value-added recommendations, and strategic business-oriented commentary.
8. **Engage in special projects**, including establishing accounting processes, control procedures, and supporting business advisory initiatives.
9. **Strengthen internal controls and risk management** to enhance financial governance.
10. **Leverage digital transformation** in accounting services and financial analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female Age 38-45 Years old
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 8-10 years in the accounting field, preferably with an international company
- Strong knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code and BOI regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software, including ERP systems
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- CPD, CPA, Tax Auditor, or other international accounting qualifications
- Expertise in IFRS, TFRS, cost accounting, financial services, international taxation, cash flow management, and financial management
