Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on functional requirements for mobile applications (iOS/Android). - Perform manual testing with a focus on front-end and end-to-end testing to ensure a seamless user experience. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and end users to identify, log, and troubleshoot defects. - Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before product releases. - Work directly with internal teams and/or external users to investigate real-world issues and translate them into actionable feedback. - Document test results and maintain testing reports for continuous improvement. - Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3–5 years of experience as a QA/Tester, preferably in mobile application testing.
Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies, with the ability to create and execute test cases independently.
Experience in front-end and end-to-end mobile testing (on iOS/Android platforms).
Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to liaise with both internal team members and external users to resolve issues.
Background in working with teams from banking, telco, or enterprise-level platforms is a plus.
