รายละเอียดงาน
1. Follow up on the new model for the quality of the product and analyze the problem with the R&D team.
2. Summarize the standard of the new product and transfer to IQA, IPQA and OBA.
3. Follow up on the problem on the process and Q-point. Follow up RMA, SPC, Cp, Cpk and GR&R.
4. Reliability test and prepare the report for the customer.
5. Lux control, Particle, ESD test
6. Analyze production process and recommended process improvements.
7. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors in order to design, install and maintain new and existing assets regarding the reliability program.
8. Other task assigned by manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality field (QA,QE) or Process Engineering.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process.
- Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and understanding of solving problem skills (PDCA, 8D report, FMEA, MSA and SPC)
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of QA and Engineer team members.
- Good communication in English
