OVERVIEW:
We seek a talented Assistant Planning Manager, to handle orders, make plan with factories, lead NPD project from planning perspective based in Vietnam.
You will cover demand plan, supply and material plan. Analysis the supply capacity based on the demand including tooling capacity, line capacity and material capacity.
You are a bridge to connect with cross function team to ensure on time delivery.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
•Duties related to the day-to-day functions associated with planning, supplies, and operations.
•Able to develop and implement planning plans & KPI for oversea planners.
•Able to work independently oversea.
•Create and oversee master schedules and calendars, and monitor inventory lists and supply orders.
•Experience in managing oversea EMS factory’s operation.
•Experience in oversea production transfer & sustaining project management.
•Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and work tasks involving other teams or staff members.
•Work closely with Planning Director to make sure team’s daily focus are aligned with the company's direction.
•Manage OEMs to plan capacity and material, skillful to analyze line capacity and tooling capacity.
•Drive OEMs to hit goal of On-Time Delivery and Lead Time.
•Control inventory level in line to business need. Scrub the E&O and find opportunities for reduction.
•Demand management, communicate closely with NA team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience: Good written and spoken in English is must. Spoken in Chinese is a plus.
- 8 years of experience with people management skill in Supply chain/Planning.
- Familiar with Word, Excel and Power point application.
