managing offers, and closing hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and candidate
profiles.
- Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn,
networking, talent pools) to attract top talent.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for
roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead negotiation and offer discussions to ensure a positive candidate experience while
closing offers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure their engagement and long-term success
within the organization.
