รายละเอียดงาน
-Overall managerial and professional responsibility for the Molding Injection process
-Oversee injection operation process to meet quality.
-Analyze mold problems and facilitate for all mold improvements activities
-Align Quality standards within Production department.
-Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history.
-Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts.
-Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum output, ensuring that production is cost effective, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
-Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions.
-Work with upper management to implement the company’s policies and goals.
-Supervise and motivate a team of Molding personnel, including reviewing the performance of subordinates and manage the adherence to work instructions and procedures to ensure complete compliance to the Quality Management System process.
-Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
- Experience: At least 7 years in Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making / Mold Production Process of Die Casting
- Proficient in project management, strong awareness of cost control and innovation, strong overall concept and service awareness.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, honesty and trustworthy, courage to make decisions and take responsibility, strong principles, strong communication skills, organizational coordination skills and team leadership.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
