Location: Silom
・Serve as Assistant Manager of the After-Sales Service sales team, reporting directly to the Japanese General Manager.
・Manage a small team of 4-5 members.
・Work closely with existing clients to:
- Prepare and submit quotations for replacement parts due to breakdowns or equipment aging.
- Explain technical proposals to clients and support the sales process from start to finish.
- Proactively suggest preventive part replacements and upgrades based on site evaluation seven before clients make a request.
・Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients to ensure proper understanding of system performance and maintenance needs.
・Take initiative in identifying sales opportunities within after-sales service.
・Support and train junior members as needed.
・Prepare to take over as Manager of the team in the near future.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Background in sales engineering, ideally in the material handling, automation, or logistics equipment industry.
- Working experience as Sales engineer in related or similar industry at lease 5 years.
- Need Management experience as leader or supervisor
- Experience with large-scale equipment, particularly in field service or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of client site operations and hands-on technical knowledge.
- A proactive sales mindset with the ability to identify and propose new service opportunities.
- Ability to explain technical content to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
