- Manage order closure processes, verify export documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists), and assist in payment collection and post-sales feedback resolution.
2. **Client Reception and Relationship Management**
- Host overseas clients (including Thai, English-speaking, and Chinese-speaking regions), arrange business negotiations, factory tours, and travel/accommodation logistics.
- Maintain regular communication via email, phone, and video conferences to address product inquiries, resolve complaints, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Build and update client profiles, document collaboration updates and potential needs, and support the development of tiered client management strategies.
3. **Market Research and Analysis**
- Collect target market intelligence, including trends, competitor activities, and shifts in client demands. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for market strategies and product development.
4. **Product Optimization Support**
- Gather client feedback on products, collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine product features, designs, and quality to meet diverse market and client requirements.
