รายละเอียดงาน1.Position: Sale Manager (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: Support B2B customers and Kela Commercial team (Sales / Marketing ) to achieve financial goals and mid/long term business growth by providing competitor movement / analyzing historical sell-outs and Monitor consumer/shopper / Customer trends with a suggested action plan for B2B Customer
2.Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
3.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
4.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
6.Provide forecast sales and Stock movement with a proper action plan if needed.
7.Manage to launch new products/ Inventory and with MKT-only shipment process.
8.Monitor campaign/product launch and shipment to ensure all pre-orders have been pick on time.
9.Work closely with operation/merchandising for product delivery process status.
