รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and motivation of the accounting team, and improve and strengthen the necessary skills and knowledge of team members;
2. Cultivate the capabilities of department employees, build a team echelon development path, do a good job in selection, employment, training and retention, and establish an accounting echelon construction;
3. Rationally allocate accounting processing tasks to ensure the orderly development of business. Establish and maintain a good team atmosphere, enhance team morale, and improve work efficiency; Accounting Management
4. Responsible for the daily accounting processing of the warehouse, including the inspection, error correction and guidance of the mobile items of the accounting system for operations such as warehousing, outbound, transfer, and re-inspection;
5. Prepare warehouse financial statements and analysis reports, such as inventory reports, including indicators such as inventory quantity, amount, turnover rate, and account-to-actual consistency, conduct in-depth analysis of abnormal situations, discover problems in a timely manner and propose solutions;
6. Cooperate with internal audit work, provide the required accounting information and instructions, and ensure the smooth progress of audit work;
7. Promote the improvement and upgrade of the warehouse management system (WMS) and improve the automation and information level of accounting management;
8. Formulate system inventory tasks, supervise the execution of inventory tasks, and work with warehouse supervisors to analyze and solve abnormal account-to-actual problems Other work
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, 3 years of experience in large manufacturing warehouses;
- Possess certain warehouse planning and organizational design capabilities, and good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with accounting systems such as SAP, WMS, and warehouse-related operation processes. Those with experience in warehouse system construction will be given priority
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and good overall management capabilities
