- Plan, supervise, and execute construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects for both interior and exterior structures. - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with engineering standards and safety regulations. - Identify and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently. - Oversee contractors' performance, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines. - Monitor and report project progress against approved plans and budgets. - Manage and control material usage, ensuring cost-effective procurement and allocation. - Conduct team meetings to assign tasks and track progress on maintenance operations. - Develop workforce planning and scheduling strategies for maintenance staff. - Establish and manage budgets for maintenance and construction projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. - Analyze and mitigate potential risks to prevent recurring issues. - Evaluate the structural integrity of equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness. - Approve contractor agreements, material purchases, and hiring decisions related to maintenance. - Innovate and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide training, mentorship, and professional development to the maintenance team. - Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional engineering license (e.g., กว.) is required.
5-7 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or renovation.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Conversational English proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) is a plus.
Ability to develop and upskill team members for operational efficiency.
Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting building-related issues.
In-depth understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Expertise in construction, renovation, and building system maintenance.
Strong budget management and cost control skills.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in a maintenance-related function.
