รายละเอียดงานThis role will report directly to the General Manager in Thailand, and is responsible for managing the administrative and HR operations at the Group's newly established factory in Thailand.
Responsibilities
•Administrative and HR management:
oEstablish and maintain an effective administrative and HR function
oOversee daily office operations along with other administrative and HR tasks.
oAssist with recruitment and onboarding process.
oManage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
oPrepare training materials, arrange training and record
oHandle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
oEnsure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and tax requirements.
oManage all government reporting and coordinate with external stakeholders.
oHandle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3-5 years total HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Thailand labor ordinances and related employment legislations.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
