รายละเอียดงาน
1. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units
2. Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, etc.)
3. Analyze company performance and identify trends or areas for improvement
4. Support in preparing management reports, investor presentations, and BOD materials
5. Collaborate with business teams on strategic initiatives and M&A support
6. Act as focal point, liase between internal team and other professionals such as Financial Advisor and Legal Advisor to ensure smooth process in company’s fund raising efforts.
7. Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor performance
8. Leverage investment banking experience to provide deeper transaction insights or assess investment opportunities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–2 years of work or internship experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and market analysis.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
