Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Office Management, or other related fields
Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools for statistical data analysis, with the ability to leverage data to support HR decision-making.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in performance-based compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor laws, tax regulations, employment contracts, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Able to communicate in English, If Chinese skill is plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various departments and employees across all levels.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
