Job Summary:
The SQE is based in Thailand, responsible to support all Sourcing Diversity Projects in Thailand including quality control at key suppliers, new project quality assurance, supplier continuous improvement. To manage root cause analysis, to ensure effective action plan in place to fully support Culligan quality requirements.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
•Implement quality control on Sourcing Diversity project at key suppliers in Thailand according to requirements.
•Support to product & production qualification for Sourcing Diversity projects.
•Follow up on supplier corrective actions on day-to-day issues and field quality issues.
•Act on plant quality issues to solve issues ASAP to avoid stopping shipment and field claims.
•DCO management at key suppliers and keep good traceability.
•Weekly summary of supplier quality and report to SQM.
•Drive supplier’s quick response to any request from Culligan and support following up in need.
•Work with supplier on Continuous Quality Improvement to meet quality goals
•Support other assignments from SQM in time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Qualified candidates need to have 4 years ME or engineering degree
- With at least 5 years supplier quality experience at a multi-national company
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimension, tolerance and mechanical components inspection methods, molding tooling qualification
- Strong problem-solving experience and skills.
- Good Thai & Chinese language communication skills, English is a plus.
