What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
●Create engaging contents tailored to different client industries and audiences.
●Assist with social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
●Monitor trends and generate creative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
●Participate in content strategy planning, and analytics reporting.
Creative Leadership & Direction
●Transform basic client concepts into fully-developed creative work.
●Generate and present original ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
●Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members, filling creative gaps within the team.
Talent Management & Quality Control
●Identify and evaluate performer/talent characteristics for video shoots and campaigns.
●Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
●Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members ensuring attention to detail.
●Minimize revision cycles through quality pre-delivery checks and clear communication.
Client Management & Team Collaboration
●Present work professionally and convincingly to clients.
●Anticipate client needs before they’re expressed and guide them toward optimal solutions.
●Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.

We are seeking a Creative Team Lead who is also skilled in Social Media Marketing and Video Content Creation.

- Thai National
- A very creative person who follows the latest trends—especially TikTok trends!
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (on mobile/tablet or desktop software).
- Ability to grab attention in short videos with compelling voiceovers and visuals.
- Fair to good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Self-motivated, confident, and driven individual.
- Keen to learn new skills and interested in forging a successful career within Digital Marketing & Social Media Video Marketing Creation.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Good understanding of how social media platforms operate to effectively manage backend operations.
- Basic knowledge of using AI tools for work, such as generating images for social media posts or creating short, creative articles.
- Desirable Skills & Experience :
- Competency using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
- Experience designing creative banners and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing or analytics tools.
- A love or passion for fashion, lifestyle, or other trending industries.
- Confidence in your own style and creative vision.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work (candidates with portfolios will be prioritized).

●Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
●Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
●Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties Can Include

●Confidently appearing in front of the camera when required.

●Creating various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to brand guidelines.
●Managing and growing social media handles with engaging and informative content.
●Assisting the Social Media Marketing team in delivering bespoke digital marketing services.
●Using in-house marketing and software tools to undertake analysis and compile reports.
