Job Overview:
We seek a polished, customer-centric Retail Sales Assistant with luxury retail experience to deliver personalized service, build client relationships, and uphold our brand’s high standards. You will be the face of our boutique, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide white-glove service, guiding clients through the collection with expert product knowledge.
Build rapport with high-net-worth clients, anticipating needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement.
Process transactions discreetly and accurately (POS, CRM systems).
Maintain boutique presentation (merchandising, cleanliness, stock organization).
Handle after-sales services (repairs, special orders) and resolve complaints gracefully.
Collaborate with the team to drive brand initiatives and clienteling efforts.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in luxury retail (fashion, leather goods, jewelry, or watches).
Native Thai fluency with strong English (verbal/written) for international clientele.
Proven track record in high-end sales and client relationship management.
Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of current trends.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends/holidays.
