Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls related to post-sale inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service concerns.
- Provide detailed information on product/service usage, troubleshooting steps, and warranty policies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
- Stay updated on new product features, changes, and promotions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Able to communicate both Thai and English (B1 level) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Thai national
- Customer Service Skill, Service minded
- Able to work in Shift (no night shift) with work schedule 5 days of the week, day off 2 days/ week
