รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for defining overall test strategy and test plan jointly with project stakeholders 2. In-charge of defining overall testing strategy and plan. 3. Ensure the assigned testing project is completed on time with desired quality 4. Experience in software test tools 5. Record/analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team 5. Perform reporting the defect to the bug tracking system. 6. Coordinate with implementor, software develop to solve software errors. 7. Formulate a problem solving and decision-making approach to handle issues for a given project 8. Prove and develop project-related documents such as user acceptance test documents and user manuals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s /master’s degree in business, Computer Science or related field
  2. At least 7 years of software testing experience with at least 5 years in test lead role
  3. Expertise in defining the scope of testing; test plan, test case, test scenario and execution
  4. Experience in managing test execution base on the test plan and the test cases
  5. Great planning & coordinating skills
  6. Good attitude and mindset with good interpersonal skills
  7. Able to manage High-Pressure Deadlines and adaptability to any changing circumstances
  8. Team leader attitude and Ability to mentor and motivate team
  9. Possesses an effective critical thinking, communications, interpersonal, as well as technical skills, and problem-solving skills
  10. Can-Do- Attitude with compromising and friendly characteristic
  11. Experience in Textile industries will be preferable
  12. Experience in Oracle ERP software will be preferable
