- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Solidwork program, etc.
- Knowledge in ISO9001 will be advantage.
- Lean or Kaizen and QC tools will be preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet time frames
- Able to work under pressure with short lead time.
- Mature, strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, flexible mindset.
- Committed, proactive and willingness to learn.
- Good command of language, ability to write and converse in English.

•Control of functional and follow up products testing to conforming.
•Conduct a time study, do line balancing, current product and process improvement.
•Solving of problem both internal and external which may occur.
•Team member to investigate and take the corrective, preventive action and follow up.
•Response on Calibration, Testing and manage all job of engineering records.
•Creates standardized work and work instruction to support for new process, new produce and new material, etc.
•Reporting important matter to direct Process Excellence Engineering or Manager.
•Consultant for development projects in direction of NPD department.
•Quality and productivity improvement.
•Support the job as the Manager assigned.
