1. Responsible for direct sales and achieving sales targets, GP target, and control credit terms payment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Provide product information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
5. Report to next level supervisor about the market situation, competitors’ activities and customers feedback, sales performance and market.
6. Expand business opportunities by opening new potential customers to achieve strategic plan.
7. Monitor market trends, analyze sales opportunities, and seek new business from existing and prospective clients.
8. Manage profitably existing customers’ portfolio by selling existing and new products and handling all customer requests in a timely manner (bidding, quotation, CN, product, complain etc.).
9. Review and analyze weekly and monthly sales forecasts to support efficient production and delivery planning.
10. Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company systems and standards.
11. Prepare annual sales budgets and departmental expense plans.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Planning, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operation.
13. Adhere to and support the implementation of company standards such as GMP, BRC, HACCP, ISO, and corporate regulations.
14. Support sales, marketing and other activities as required by the company.
