รายละเอียดงาน•Support general HR operations in both HRM and HRD functions
•Coordinate recruitment tasks such as interview scheduling, collecting applicant documents, and preparing employment contracts
•Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and physical files
•Assist in payroll preparation including attendance, overtime, allowances, and tax deductions
•Handle Social Security, Provident Fund, and other employee benefit processes
•Support training coordination tasks such as participant lists, evaluations, and training summaries
•Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities
•Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisors
