•Report to IT Application Support Manager
• Monitoring Asset Infinity System
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are dealt with an excellent standard with service mind
• Accountable for business applications that use in office such as Asset Infinity, Active Directory
(Create, Update, Delete User AD) etc.
• Notify any software license for each department for renew when expiration in near
