Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events monthly and yearly.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by aligning activities and communications with the company’s vision and mission.
Drive initiatives that build employee morale, connection, and a sense of belonging.
Act as a liaison between HR and employees to support internal communication and feedback channels.
Coordinate internal communications related to HR announcements, building facilities, and general office updates.
Training & Meeting Support
Manage the setup and support for training programs, meetings, and workshops, covering venue, materials, and equipment.
Support internal/external trainers and departments during training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and submit training records to the Department of Skill Development in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR & GA Budget Controls
Plan, control and track the budget for GA-related services, employee engagement, and office supplies.
Ensure procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.
General Affairs & Facilities Management
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management for repair and upkeep.
Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and fully functional for daily operations.
Supervise and monitor performance of office maids and security personnel, ensuring consistent service quality.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and stationery within approved budgets.
Oversee company dress code and uniform management, including distribution, tracking, and coordination with suppliers for new or replacement uniforms.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office support needs.
