Job Purpose To lead and manage the operations of a diverse fleet of mixer trucks serving multiple clients with varying service requirements. The role is responsible for planning delivery schedules, optimizing vehicle utilization, managing fuel efficiency, coordinating across departments, and ensuring on-time, cost-effective transport solutions that align with both company goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Fleet Planning & Dispatch Management Develop and execute delivery schedules based on client requirements across various logistics services. Allocate vehicles efficiently and ensure all assignments comply with the client’s standard operating procedures and expectations. 2. Cost Control & Fuel Management Manage route optimization and ensure accurate distance data and fuel rate calculation per client agreement. Monitor fuel usage via GPS/Telematics and enforce fuel policies with drivers to reduce waste and control delivery costs. 3.Team Leadership & Communication Conduct monthly briefings and departmental meetings to relay company updates, targets, and operational goals. Act as a mentor and problem-solver for subordinates, ensuring smooth communication and team motivation. 4. Driver Supervision & Training Oversee driver behavior, compliance with company policies, and address performance issues promptly. Coordinate regular safety training and operational workshops in alignment with customer and company standards. 5.Client Coordination & Satisfaction Liaise with clients on job progress, problem resolution, and service improvements. Collect feedback and complaints to drive continuous improvement and strengthen long-term relationships. 6.Operational Excellence & Compliance Track fleet availability, delivery accuracy, and service KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rate, vehicle readiness). Ensure all delivery operations meet internal SOPs, external client standards, and regulatory compliance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in fleet management or dispatch operations, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
Solid knowledge of fuel control systems, GPS, and mixer truck operations.
Proficiency in Excel, route planning software, and logistics reporting tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Thai transport regulations and safety standards is essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
