1. Primarily responsible for directly promoting Thermobreak insulation to consulting engineers contractors and building owners to win projects.
1.1 Ensure the Thermobreak products specify in M&E designer and consultant’s TOR.
1.2 Register Thai Sekisui Form Co., Ltd. and Thermobreak products in M&E designers and consultant vender list.
1.3 Obtain project information Thermobreak is specified.
2. Develop relationships with main contractors and mechanical contractors to bid and win projects.
3. Identify target new customers and projects and create business development strategy.
4. Technical support including all Thermobreak product technical data for clients and M&E designers.
5. Market analysis including competitors, pricing levels, supply and distribution channels and product positioning.
6. Establish and execute marketing strategies for the establishment and growth of Thermobreak insulation in the Thai market.
7. Conduct technical seminars, organize and participate in product training with owners and contractors
8. Individual project tracking and follow up in coordination with distributors and agents.
9. Coordinating regarding on project secured with distributors and dealers and ensure smooth deliveries of the products to contactors and building owners.
Job reporting:
Planning schedule and visit reports weekly
Business development report weekly
Sales meeting weekly
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Minimum 5 years’ experience with a mechanical contractor, a roofing contractor or an insulation supplier
- Sales engineering backgrounds are plus.
- Good command of English
- Excellent presentation skills
