1.Incoming Inspection & Quality Review
- Lead the incoming inspection process to review and verify inspection reports.
- Ensure that all incoming materials and components meet quality standards before use.
2.Calibration Management
- Oversee and maintain the calibration system for all measuring and inspection tools.
- Ensure that all equipment is calibrated according to industry standards and company policies.
3.Statistical Process Control (SPC) Implementation
- Plan and organize the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in manufacturing and repair processes.
- Analyze SPC data to identify trends, prevent defects, and improve process stability.
4.QA Standards & Documentation
- Implement, review, and maintain all Quality Assurance (QA) standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure that QA documentation aligns with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
5.QA Inspector Training & Monitoring
- Develop and maintain training programs for QA inspectors to ensure consistent quality control practices.
- Monitor and evaluate QA inspectors’ performance, providing guidance and corrective actions when necessary.
6.Customer Complaint Handling & Quality Issue Resolution
- Lead and manage QA-related customer issues, including customer complaints, rejected products, returned items, and accident investigations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7.Internal & External Audits
- Act as an auditor for internal quality audits within all relevant departments.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
8.Project Management & Managerial Support
- Support and manage QA-related projects assigned by the QA Manager.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve quality processes and operational efficiency.
