Policy Implementation
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.
- Handle bonuses, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Maintain payroll records and address payroll-related inquiries.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Support employee development initiatives.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage HR databases and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
