Job Description
To respond for operating machines in Tire Building production area to achieve production volume targeted,quality of product comforming with
standard and safety of working environment
* Be proficient operating machines in Tire Building production area
* Maintain and improve quality of Carcass and Green Tires produced by Tire Building production area
* Comply safety regulation to perform any operation
* Report to Tire Building Shift Leader
* Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
* Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
* Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
* Skillfully operate machines in Tire Building in production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
* Arrange carrier,e.g.cassette,to handle stock of output
* Produce Carcass and Green Tires which meet the quality standard
* Understand types of defect realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect
* Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training skill development
* Utilize given resources worthily

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High vocational certificate with or any related field
- 0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management
- 0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
