รายละเอียดงาน
1. Coordinate with Process Control Group & Technical Cell to ensure that the deviation in Process Parameters are detected with Zero delay & fixed to the right level to ensure right quality product is produced always at first place.
2. Identify key ‘critical to quality’ Process Parameters for monitoring.
3. Develop user friendly check sheet on Exequatur Format for online & offline ‘critical to quality’ process Parameters for monitoring.
4. To conduct trend analysis and statistical analysis to support & help the Operation team for identifying Root Cause of a Quality failure & initiate corrective actions for improvement.
5. Regularly update Grading Specifications for all Finish Products based on customers’/market requirement & Process Capability of Product characteristics.
6. Conduct periodic training for the grading professionals to upgrade their knowledge level about the Grading Directives, Grading Specifications for Commodity Products& Customized products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Chemical Engineer / Chemical Science.
- 10 years of experience in the QA system of continuous process plant in Textile business.
- Knowledge of Analytical chemistry or advance.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong in Quality Assurance.
- Manage people / subordinates.
