Leadership & Team Management ● Oversee the overall clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. ● Manage and respond to online inquiries via LINE, Facebook, and appointment booking systems. ● Coordinate with the sales team to provide consultations and effectively close sales. ● Supervise the full patient journey — from pre-procedure consultation, during treatment, to post-care follow-up — ensuring a seamless and professional experience. ● Assist doctors in case preparation, including medication, equipment setup, and ensuring patient readiness. ● Monitor vital signs and provide basic patient care during procedures. ● Ensure clinic cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards are strictly followed. ● Manage medical inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking. ● Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the EMR system. ● Train and supervise nursing and support staff to follow clinical standards and clinic SOPs. Clinical Oversight ● Perform and assist the doctor for IV therapy, hormone injections, minor surgeries, and post-operative care. ● Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of patient records using EMR systems.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or higher.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Thailand.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, aesthetic treatments, or a clinic setting is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fair command of English (especially for medical terminology and documentation)
