1.Responsible for the company's administrative work, including office stationery procurement, office equipment and assets record.
2.Summary of sales commission monthly.
3.Checking requested of payment for Transportation fees and approve on company’s system.
4.Summary of office expense budget (Petty Cash) and checking fuel & expense reimbursement of sales team.
5.Responsible for the office environment cleaning and maintenance.
6.Assist in daily reception and other external affairs, preparing coffee break for welcoming customer.
7.Checking stock of BKK office and request more sample from factory to top up balance.
8.Coordinate transportation company, send the samples tower sets to the customers.
HR Job:
1.Checking BKK Office employees' work attendance by face scan report monthly with leave record to HR for payroll settlement.
2.Responsible for the daily procedures of staff entry, register for face scan recognized for entry the building & office. Request to factory for all work equipment and appointment for staff’s orientation & training plan.
3.Coordinate & follow up employee's probationary period and monthly performance evaluation and summarize monthly performance evaluation form submit to HR factory.
