Sukjai Global is a supplier of high-quality natural stones and tiles like granite and marble. As we enter Thailand, we are looking to create a Thai team to better serve our customers and drive business growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Rep to support our sales operations. The successful candidate will work closely to manage client relationships, coordinate sales activities, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Thai and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Coordination: Handle day-to-day sales operations, including updating CRM, initiating contact with leads and more.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in a professional manner.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in a related industry.
- English and Thai speaking skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
