Position Overview The Media Advertising Manager is responsible for leading the company's media team, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of advertising content. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Business Development (BD) colleagues to understand client needs and align media placement strategies with business objectives. The position also demands exceptional crisis management skills to handle emergencies related to advertising content, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth company Job Responsibilities - Lead and manage the media team, develop departmental work plans, and allocate personnel to ensure efficient execution of advertising placement and adjustments. - Train and develop team members to enhance overall competence, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements, contract specifications, and advertising content, ensuring timely and accurate execution of advertisements. - Develop and implement weekly advertising content schedules based on client needs and company objectives, ensuring precise and timely display across all platforms and screens. - Monitor the effectiveness of advertising placements, continuously optimizing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and brand exposure. - Anticipate potential risks that could affect ad placements and propose contingency plans to maintain business continuity. - Regularly consolidate media placement data, analyze advertising performance, and prepare summary reports to update senior management on departmental progress and results.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
Experience in advertising content scheduling and team management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for maintaining effective interdepartmental collaboration.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond promptly to client needs.
Effective crisis management skills to quickly address unforeseen challenges.
Proficiency in office software and advertising management systems.
Fluency in Chinese.
