Our client, a leading large-scale infrastructure construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Chinese-Thai) to join their team. This role will be responsible for facilitating communication between Chinese and Thai stakeholders, supporting project coordination activities, translating key documents, and ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Chinese-Thai interpretation for internal meetings, including weekly briefings and subcontractor coordination.
- Support liaison operations with contractors and assist in cross-departmental coordination.
- Accurately translate a variety of documents (quotations, POs, contracts, reports) between Chinese and Thai.
- Act as an interpreter in meetings between department managers and Thai suppliers or clients.
- Maintain and update department documentation and data regularly.
- Coordinate with Thai companies on procurement of machinery, equipment, or engineering services.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Business Chinese, Law, or related fields.
- Experience in construction-related fields such as procurement, translation, or coordination is preferred.
- Education background in China is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or higher).
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
