-HR & Admin: Oversee and manage the implementation of company policies, organizational culture initiatives, attendance systems, employee benefits and welfare programs, and overall employee engagement. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- People Development: Design and execute employee development programs, including training initiatives, career path planning performance appraisals, and evaluation systems to foster growth and retention.
- Talent Acquisition (TA): Lead and guide the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure strategic recruitment processes that align with the company's growth and talent needs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure effective operations and coordination with headquarters.
- Multi-Country Operations: Manage HR and administrative functions across multiple countries including Thailand, Laos, India, Dubai, South Africa, and others. Ensure consistency in policy implementation and adherence to local regulations.
