รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Set up and validate new tooling, molds, and equipment for production readiness.
- Analyze cycle times, scrap rates, and process variations, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with design, tooling, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct preventive maintenance planning.
- Lead root cause investigations for part defects and process deviations.
- Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the selection of materials and recommend design improvements for manufacturability.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety and quality standards, including ISO and customer-specific requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
- Strong understanding of mold design, tooling, thermoplastics, and molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, Husky, etc.).
- Proficient in process optimization tools and statistical analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good command in English.
