รายละเอียดงาน
1. To handle and control the performance of the following QA/QC department (All processes since supplier / Outsource till customer) achieve the company's targets.
2. Performing to control any assign job the kind to QA/QC such as incoming, In -Process, Outgoing and etc. (Quality level of supplier & Customer).
3. To analyze the customer complaints and evaluate the feedback for the purpose of improvement and customer satisfaction.
4. To ensure good customer relationship and to make sure that all customer requirements are satisfied with quick and effective response.
5. To investigation vendor and supplier quality issues
6. Implementing and maintaining all quality control procedures from the incoming inspection of material to the in-process control in production until the final control of finished goods before shipment to the customer by the company’s quality control standards.
7. Following up on any non-conformity problems relating to components with suppliers and coordinating with their QC / QA teams to identify appropriate corrective actions.
8. Following up on any customer quality complaints and defining suitable corrective actions with the concerned department and/or suppliers.
9. Providing training to the Quality Auditors about quality control procedures.
10. Recommending improvements to processes and/or quality control procedures to improve quality and follow up on internal company audits.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any other related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in quality control and assurance roles from Automotive part industries.
- Good command of both spoken & written English and computer literacy
- Good management and problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills, and a strategic thinker with a good interpersonal attitude.
- Problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
