Tax Management (Core Responsibilities), Fully responsible for the company's local tax compliance in Thailand, including but not limited to:Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax, and Other taxes: Stamp Duty, Customs Duty, land and property tax, etc.
2. Track the dynamics of Thailand's tax laws and regulations (such as RD, BOI policies), ensure the company's tax compliance, and avoid tax risks;
3. Lead tax audit response and coordinate with the Revenue Bureau (Revenue Department) to resolve tax disputes;
4. Design tax optimization solutions, legally reduce corporate tax burdens, and provide cross-border tax structure recommendations;
5. Responsible for overall accounting processing, ensuring the accuracy of the General Ledger, and complying with Thai Accounting Standards (TFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
6. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement);
7. Supervise the accounting of modules such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and fixed assets (FA);
8. Lead the annual audit work and provide the required information to external auditors;
9. Establish and improve the financial internal control process and perform account reconciliation regularly;
10. Participate in budget preparation and execution analysis, and monitor the rationality of costs and expenses;
11. Assist in the localization and process optimization of financial systems (such as SAP and Oracle);
12. Support management decision-making and provide financial data analysis and business advice.
