Job Accountabilities •Execute and monitor safety, Health & Environment plan and projects as the strategy •Maintain and improve safety reporting •Complete risk assessment of all current work practices •Ensure areas of management are conducted in accordance with Corporate polices and statutory obligations for HS& E •Monitor the effective HS& E performance of the Business (including contractors and subcontractors) •Implement the procedures and policies ensuring the safety of all company and contracted employees including fatigue management, drug and alcohol, and others as planned •Implement, in consultation with the sites, action plans that address identified key risks associated with the area of management responsibility and monitoring •Coordinate annual HS& E Management programs and external audits •Investigate incidents to find root cause and contributing factors with implement the appropriate control •Conduct the training to all company, contractors and subcontractors •Ensure contractors compliances as policies & procedures •Conduct site safety inspection for safe/ unsafe working condition and behaviors •Consultation, coach, implementing and influence leadership to set and enforce regulations, standards and targets •Provide advices and subject matter expertise as required to the business •Ensure all HS& E policies and procedures are consistently applied across the business •Execute the assigned tasks

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental or related areas
Have at least 2 years working experience in HS& E, incident investigation, HS& E Trainer
Results oriented and highly developed communication and influential skills
Coordination with external and internal business units
Able to travel to upcountry
