รายละเอียดงาน
- Control the production process in process Plating to meet the target.
- Plan and control the consumption of chemicals and sub-materials in process Plating and coating.
- Supervise and Manage employees in the department in accordance with the production plan.
- Analyze and improve problems in Plating process.
-Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive down production cost, improve quality and productivity.
-Ensure manufacturing process, parameters, and procedures are accurate and strictly followed to maintain the high standard of operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, other types of engineering or related field and/or Sound Experience and/or knowledge in Electroplating.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with strong technical skills in Plating Engineering and experience in jewelry industry will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, cooperation and hard working.
- Able to use MS office program very well.
- No allergies to chemicals, No color blindness.
