Supplier Quality Engineer (QA)

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Report quality problems to head and managements team and procedure of quality concern.
2. Join and cooperate about new model production. (join as APQP team )
3. Conduct inspections and approvals of quality documents from suppliers, such as PPAP.
4. Analyze and solve problems caused by suppliers using principles such as 8D Report, Root Cause
Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis.
5. Coordinate with suppliers to solve problems and follow up on the results of the operation.
6. Develop quality improvement plans and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
7. Work with the purchasing department to improve supplier quality.
8. Coordinate with the production engineering department (Manufacturing Engineering) and Research and
Development (R&D) to ensure that the raw materials and parts received meet the requirements.
9. Improvement activity cost down (Internal/Supplier). (VAVE supplier)
10. Lead to organize quality meeting or issue from supplier.
11. To follow assignment of head department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย , หญิง
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงาน 1-2 ปี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์,รถจักรยานยนต์ได้
- ความสามารถภาษาต่างประเทศ English
- ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft office, Solid work, Auto cad
- ความสามารถอื่นๆ IATF1649,5 Core Tool request
- มีประสบการณ์ทำวงานด้าน Quality [SQE, QA, QC]
