รายละเอียดงาน
-Develop control plan, inspection plan and/or inspection instruction etc. for the product/process of the manufacturing projects to assure the launched projects achieve the quality objectives. This can be measured by the quality objectives assessment.
-Assure nonconforming material is quarantined and disposed in a timely manner. Coordinate MRB and update MRR, QC and CN database. So that can reduce the risk of misusing nonconforming material and keep proper quality records. This is measured by internal audit results.
-Take the leader function in problem solving, coordinate and/or develop the corrective/preventive actions for the quality issues of Southco Shanghai's responsibility, to solve the quality issues timely and improve customer's satisfaction. This can be measured through customer's feedback.
-Perform SPC, MSA, PPAP etc. for the product/process for which they are needed.
-Participate in supplier PPAP review and approval ,provide support in supplier improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Basic English reading and writing skill.
- Has the basic knowledge of gage calibration. Certified calibrator is preferred
- Certified mechanical inspector is preferred
- Vocational school is minimum, college preferred
- Inspection experience of GD&T. Experienced in common gages for length, forms, threads, etc. and special measuring devices like optical projector, hardness tester, roughness tester, etc.
- Good quality awareness, basic quality control knowledge, and experienced in the control of nonconforming material.
- Two years’ experience of incoming inspection of out going inspection
- Be familiar with the common software such as MS WORD, MS, Excel, etc.
