•Ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
Market Analysis:
•Monitor market trends and movement in responsible scope and assess their potential impact on sourcing strategies.
•Identify supplier capabilities and candidates that can best enable achievement of operational goals.
Supplier Relationship Management:
•Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
•Evaluate supplier performance, assessing compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
•Communicate risks and issues effectively to key stakeholders, escalating significant issues as necessary.
•Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the procurement strategy is aligned with Business’s objectives.
