-Data update
-Cut Shipment out (use data from “ Stock Inventory” report download from warehouse folder
-Add new order (update in every data file)
-Adjust in case we have any change occurred to the order e.g. qty, price (update in every file)
-Read correspondences via e- mail (outlook express) and coordinating in case customer have any extra requirements.
-Check shipping cost (document from accounting)
-Check B/L cost, (from our logistics staff) and Check and Approve commission
-Prepare report for Monthly Management Meeting data “ Shipment’04” Balance Folder & Sell Forecast Folder
-Prepare minute of meeting after the Management Meeting and distribution to attendance
-Do “selling price per item” report at beginning of each month data from sell forecast
-Handle oversea exhibition e.g. “SIAL & ANUCA” (Most go with DEP),Gulf food and other
-Approve & sign for subordinates leaving notice
Extra
-Extending “Kosher” certificate
-Evaluate “Customer Satisfaction” every 6 months & additional job from IFS standard
-Follow complaint matter (concerning with non-Japan market)
-Other additional jobs assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai nationality
- Male or Female
- Age 40-50 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Experience in canned food or canned fruit is an advantage
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
