•Supporting or interpreting communication between Japanese managers and Thai employees or Thai customers for effective understanding and collaboration.
•Translate documents as assigned.
•Answered customer inquiries and connected with Japanese managers in case of need.
•Cost calculation and inventory data management.
•Preparation of documents.
•Ordered products and tracked orders with manufacturers in China.
•Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely delivery of products.
•Support accounting documents.
•Issue invoice
•Make PO, Receive, and Billing documents.
•Other tasks as assigned.

•English: Conversational
•Japanese: Conversational
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon - Fri (Sat: Yes. Every first week))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Age 22-35 years
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Female Gender
- At least 1 year experience of Sales support or Sales administration in manufacturing, trading or Logistics industries
- Conversational-high level of Japanese (support communication for Japanese managers)
- Conversational-low level of English (Email)
- Can commute by yourself
- Work in company with around 10 employees will be preferable
- Experience of Admin or Sales coordinator at general trading or logistics industries will be preferable
- Working experience in Japan will be preferable
