Job Description:
Supplier Sourcing and Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Procurement Planning and Execution: Plan and execute procurement activities in alignment with production schedules, inventory levels, and business needs to ensure timely delivery and avoid production disruptions.
Cost Management: Monitor procurement expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality. Collaborate with finance and production teams to manage budgets effectively.
Purchase Order Management: Create and process purchase orders, track order status, and resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance metrics (e.g., quality, delivery time, cost) and ensure suppliers meet Haier’s standards. Address and resolve any performance issues with suppliers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and vendor relations.
