Office Administration: Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean and organized work environment for employees.
Calendar and Travel Management: Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management. Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
Documentation and Correspondence: Prepare and maintain company documents, including reports, presentations, and memos. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute action items as needed.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
Office Support: Provide support for various departments as needed, such as assisting HR with onboarding new employees, supporting finance with document preparation, and helping the IT department with office equipment setup.
