Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth and enhance competitiveness. Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director on business development, performance optimization, and expansion initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams across commercial, operations, and business development to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Manage financial performance with a focus on cost control, budget compliance, and profitability. Develop and oversee policies and procedures across Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations functions. Champion continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Source and evaluate new business opportunities, providing regular updates to the Singapore Head Office.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

achelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in the ISO Tank/container industry.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in operations management systems and software.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence and business growth.
